Attention ACESC Employees:
The ACESC Treasurer’s Department will be changing to a new fiscal software beginning January 1, 2018. We will no longer be taking PA local taxes out of any paychecks. In the payroll simulations we have run, the only differences in the pay were some check’s federal, city, and/or state taxes differed by pennies.
The employee KIOSK has been disabled with the move to new payroll software. Until we can get the new system up and running, you will have to use paper forms that are found below. Please submit these in a timely matter.
We will try and get the new Employee Access Center up and running as soon as possible, but please be patient with us as we learn our new system. The most important issue is that everyone receives their paycheck as scheduled and correct.
